Introduction

Alustin’s Alchemy Journal is currently unavailable in EU/NA and will be arriving with the O’Dyllita region.

Alustin’s Alchemy Journal is a set of quests/achievements you can complete for extra rewards in your Adventure log. Alustin’s Alchemy Journal is easy to complete and simply requires you to hand in various alchemy ingredients or elixirs.

Below is a list of all the rewards you will get once completing both books.
  • Book 1: 100 Caphras Stones
  • Book 2: 250 Caphras Stones
  • Total: 350 Caphras Stones
To unlock Alustin’s Alchemy Journal you will need to have a level 61 character OR completed the O’Dyllita questline. You will then need to accept and complete a quest called “Adventure Journal: Alustin’s Alchemy Journal” from your Black Spirit.

Now that you have unlocked the adventure log, you can view the chapters and begin to complete the tasks in each one. Open your ESC menu and go to the “Adventure” tab and then select “Adventure Log Bookshelf” to view your available adventure logs. Click the book under “Alustin’s Alchemy Journal” to get started. 




When you complete a goal, you must press the reward text in your Adventure log to receive the reward. Use the buttons at the bottom of the pages to turn each page of the chapter.



Alustin’s Alchemy Journal: Book 1


Obtain a Caphras Stone (10 Caphras Stones)

You can obtain the Caphras Stone either through gathering or creating it yourself.

To create a Caphras Stone open the Processing Window (L) then choose Simple Alchemy and combine Ancient Spirit Dust x5 + Black Stone (Weapon/Armor) x1

Hand over 500 Clear Liquid Reagents (20 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Clear Liquid Reagent is:

  • Purified water x1
  • Sunrise Herb x1
  • Salt x1
  • Wild Grass or Weed x1

Requires Beginner Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

Hand over 1000 Resurrection Elixirs (20 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Resurrection Elixir is:
  • Clear Liquid Reagent x1
  • HP Potion (Small) x2
  • Sunrise Herb x3
  • Purified Water x3
Requires Beginner Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

Hand over 1000 Elixir of Energy (20 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Elixir of Energy is:

  • Pure Powder Reagent x1
  • MP Potion (Small) x2
  • Fox Blood or Weasel Blood or Raccoon Blood x4
  • Purified Water x3

Requires Beginner Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

Hand over 50 Elixir of Remarkable Will (30 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Elixir of Remarkable Will is:

  • Pure Powder Reagent x1
  • Sunrise Herb x4
  • Wolf Blood or Flamingo Blood or Rhino Blood or Cheetah Dragon Blood x6
  • Purified Water x3

Requires Skilled Lv 1+ in Alchemy. This item is the blue proc item of Elixir of Will.

Alustin’s Alchemy Journal: Book 2


Obtain 5 Caphras Stones (20 Caphras Stones)

You can obtain the Caphras Stones either through gathering or creating them yourself.

To create a Caphras Stone open the Processing Window (L) then choose Simple Alchemy and combine Ancient Spirit Dust x5 + Black Stone (Weapon/Armor) x1

Hand over 1000 Fisher’s Elixirs (30 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Fisher’s Elixir is:

  • Fir Sap x3
  • Powder of Flame x2
  • Sunrise Herb x6
  • Wise Man’s Blood x1

Requires Apprentice Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

Hand over 1000 Sinner’s Blood (30 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Sinner’s Blood is:

  • Bloody Tree Knot x1,
  • Powder of Flame x1,
  • Clear Liquid Reagent x1,
  • Deer Blood or Sheep Blood or Ox Blood or Waragon Blood or Pig Blood x2

Requires Apprentice Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

 

Hand over 250 Metal Solvents (30 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Metal Solvent is:

  • Melted Metal Shard x3
    • Created by pressing “L” and “Heating” to heat any piece of metal (Iron, Tin, Gold, etc.) x5
  • Trace of Savagery x2
  • Clear Liquid Reagent x1
  • Rough Stone x4

Requires Apprentice Lv 1+ in Alchemy.

 

Hand over 1500 Tenacious Origin of Life (40 Caphras Stones)

The recipe for Tenacious Origin of Life is:

  • Sunrise Herb x50
  • Silver Azalea x50
  • Fire Flake Flower x50
  • Dry Mane Grass x50
  • Silk Honey Grass x50

Requires Skilled Lv 1+ in Alchemy.
