Introduction

Currently the fastest way to level from 58 to 61 is to do non-repeatable quests whilst having the Chenga Tome equipped. This should only take you a few hours with the help of this guide. Level 58 to 59 can be done in under and hour and the only monsters you need to kill while following this guide are level 30 so you should have no problems.

To reach level 58, I recommend following the main story questline which should get you to level 55. From here you will need to level to 58 using our grinding leveling guide. You can level from 56 – 58 via questing but it is a little slower compared to grinding. If you do choose to do this then I highly recommend checking out EvilDoUsHarm on Youtube he has great video guides for new players and also has a video guide for 58 – 59, which is what this guide is based on which a few changes to make things more efficient.

If you don’t have the Chenga Tome already, you will need to complete a questline first to obtain it. The questline is easy to complete and does not require you to kill any monsters but you will need at least one character in your family to be over level 53 and you will also need 170 energy in total to complete. If you don’t have a lot of max energy then you can use energy potions and other energy regen to complete the questline.

The Chenga Tome is very important because it gives additional EXP from questing and if you do not have the Chenga Tome you will not get enough EXP to reach level 59.

For this guide we will be starting in Calpheon City and most of the EXP will be gained here. Make sure you do not accept and complete quests which are repeatables, because these give very low EXP and will waste your time.

You can see whether a quest is a repeatable or not by looking at the quest icon above the NPC. I recommend turning off the repeatable quests in your quest log and this will hide most of them. To do this, open your quest log (O) then make sure only these 4 icons are yellow across the bottom.

The only thing you need to complete these quests is Wild Grass x1. You should be able to buy this from the central market and just keep it with you to hand in one of the quests straight away instead of having to go and gather it yourself.

Calpheon City

We will be starting in Calpheon City at the Arms Dealer NPC. There is a quest to pick up from him which will lead you over to Dobart and other NPCs in the chain. There are a total of 10 quests in this chain so make sure to follow each quest and get the next quest from the next NPC until you don’t get any more follow on quests.

We will basically be doing every side quest available in Calpheon so follow the screenshots and the quest list underneath them to make sure you are doing all the quests needed because there are a lot of them and it can be hard to follow.

Once again make sure your Chenga Tome is equipped.

Afterwards go back and pick up the next quests from the Adventurer outside the Tavern near the cooking vendor. Hand the quest in and then another quest will unlock which can be obtained from Derek, sat at the table on the opposite side of the road.

Abandoned Land

The next area we are heading to will be Abandoned Land. You should have the quest “Running an Errand” which we will now go and hand in. There are also follow on quests and other quests in this area you can pick up. There are a total of 7 NPCs which give quests in this area so make sure you check all around the camp and pick them all up before doing the kill quests to make it a little quicker.

After you have finished at the camp, go back to continue the questline in Calpheon at the Informant.

Trina Fort

At this point you should be level 59 or should be very close unless you missed some of the Calpheon quests. If you are still short we’ve added a couple extra questlines you can do. If you are now level 59 you can continue using our Level 59 – 60 questing guide.

Otherwise, head over to Trina Fort, which is located west of Keplan and just south of Calpheon.

Now make a quick stop to Keplan now to pick up just one quest here from Phelix. This will give you the quest “Oze’s House” which then opens up follow on quests at Oze’s House.

Extra Quests

You should be able to get most of the EXP to reach level 59 by doing the Calpheon quests and then finishing up in Abandoned Land or the extra spots we listed. If you still haven’t reached level 59 at this point then there are a few quests in these areas which you can do:

• Oze’s Pass – there are two quests here you can pick up near the bridge on the way to Oze’s House.
• Keplan – there is a quest called “Find a New Home” which can be obtained from Irellio Lucci but requires you to kill monsters at Giant’s Post and can be a bit out of the way
• Glish – there are a few quests here as well as an inventory quest which I recommend doing anyway for extra bag space
• Western Guard Post – there are a few quests here which you can do if you are still missing EXP
• Velia – there are lots of quick and easy quests in Velia you can complete
