Mentor/Mentee Event Details
There is currently an event running between Mar 5, 2026 (Thu) after maintenance – July 9, 2026 (Thu) before maintenance
- Anyone who created an account before the Feb 26, 2026 (Thu) maintenance can be a Mentor
- And anyone who created an account after the Feb 26, 2026 (Thu) maintenance can be a Mentee
Each Mentor has up to 5 coupon codes they can share with Mentee players (New players). You can find your x5 coupons on the offical event notice.
Share a coupon code with a Mentee player for them to enter in-game.
- You can enter coupon codes in-game by going to the ESC menu > Adventurer Support > Redeem Coupon Code
When a coupon code is successfully entered, the Mentee will receive a 
[Event] Letter of Connection to confirm. Each account can only use one coupon code, so make sure you find a trusted mentor.
Once the Mentee player completes certain challenges in-game, both players will receive rewards.
If the code is entered by a player who is not eligable to be a mentee the coupon code cannot be used again and rewards will not be received.
* Coupon codes cannot be reissued once generated, so please double-check eligibility before using them.
Rewards for Mentor/Mentees
- Rewards must be claimed in order. All rewards will be sent via in-game Mail (B) after the next weekly maintenance.
- Rewards can be claimed once per family for each stage
- A Mentor Bonus Reward can be obtained when two Mentees have completed up to stage 7. This bonus reward can only be received once per Family.

How to find a Mentor
There are lots of players willing to share their coupon code with you so they can collect the rewards. If you are looking for a real mentor who will help you get started with the game and answer your questions, I would advise using a code from someone you trust, such as a friend or a person you meet in-game who helps you!
Below are the contact details for some of the BDO Ambassadors. Feel free to reach out to them in-game or through Discord to collect a coupon you can use. They are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. You can also find help and mentor players through the official discord. There is a dedicated channel for help/advice, as well as a channel for players who are looking for a mentor/mentee
The server region you are playing on (EU or NA) does not matter for this event, you can still claim a code from anyone and receive the rewards. You may want to find someone on your server though if you want to play together!
