World Bosses (LOML) Guide

Introduction

There are 4 new world bosses that arrived with the Land of the Morning Light: Seoul expansion

• You can earn boss loot even if you have not completed the main story quest for the region
• Just like other world bosses, you do not lose crystals if you die to the LOML bosses
• Boss HP is shared across all servers, if the boss dies on one server (eg. Balenos 4) they are dead on all servers.

World Boss Rewards

After defeating the boss, collect your loot from the ground, then you can click the “Receive Reward” button to obtain the reward box. The reward box contains the main boss loot.

Morning Light Boss Token Exchange

Morning Light Boss Tokens can be exchanged for other items in the Manage Currency UI, as shown below.

Sovereign Weapon Materials

Each boss drops items used to craft and enhance the Sovereign Weapons.

• Flame of the Primordial (very low chance of dropping)
  • The top 10 players with the highest damage dealt to the boss on each server have a very low chance of obtaining the Flame
• Embers of Primordial (approx 1 ember per box)
• Primordial Crystal (approx 8 crystals per box)

Each boss also drops Reforge Stones which can be used to add an effect to your Sovereign Weapon.

Dark Bonghwang Boss

Dark Bonghwang can randomly spawn in place of Sangoon, Uturi, Bulgasal, or Golden Pig King, and rewards better loot.

You can exchange the Dark Bonghwang’s Feather via Heo Seungwon, the Luxury Vendor at Yukjo Street in the Land of the Morning Light.

• The exchange list will appear only when you have Dark Bonghwang’s Feather in your Inventory (I).

Dark Bonghwang’s Tear can be processed using Simple Alchemy to obtain large quantities of Essence of Dawn

• Processing 10 times the listed materials together with Black Stone Powder x1 allows Mass Processing for 10 times the result.
