Global Lab Patch Notes – 3rd September 2021

Class Reworks

The class reboots will be released on the live servers once they are completed for all the classes.
Before using the skills of rebooted classes on the Black Desert Global Lab, please make sure to reset your character’s skills to minimize any possible issues.
Patch notes related to the class reboot on the Black Desert Global Lab will be translated to other languages and released afterward.

Warrior

Awakened Warriors first focused on hunting-oriented improvement as a point.
Awakening skills have low damage compared to most of them, which have long cooldowns. So, after pouring out a lot of skills in an instant, the remaining cooldown time had to be filled with non-awakening skills.
To improve this part, the attack range and damage have been increased, and the defense-increasing effects attached to various parts of the skill have been replaced with effects that are more helpful in combat.
The biggest change is the cancellation skill. As many warrior adventurers have told us to protect the warrior’s unique handling, Q Cancel and C Cancel, which are the most used, have been further strengthened, while other skills have been adjusted. It is expected that this will improve the part that was referred to as ‘damage leaking in certain skills’ while making it easier to control.
However, there are skills that are activated later than before, so the operation may feel a bit cumbersome. We want to improve the functionality of the Warrior while preserving the handling feeling. Thank you for the enthusiastic feedback from many warrior adventurers.
In addition, the flow skills that had low utility in the main weapon skill (Begak) were integrated and reorganized. Now, if you learn only the main skill, the effect of the previous flow skill will be applied as well.
Improvements have been made to the Succession Warrior so that they can be more active in combat situations with multiple players. For example, skills that had low utility, such as echo of the battlefield and mad dash, have been greatly strengthened. In addition, the PvP damage and attack range of Prime: Ground Smash, and the attack range of Prime: Ground Smash skill have been greatly increased. In addition, the preceding actions of Prime: Scars of Dusk and Prime: Counterattack Stance have been improved more quickly to mitigate the risk of unsuccessful attacks.
Strong: Fixed the issue where the Shield Strike skill was activated before the intended skill when another skill command was entered after using a specific skill. And the stun effect applied when the last hit is successful has been changed to a knockdown effect. In addition, by adding a prior art that leads to the last blow of Kang: Shield Strike, the linkage has been improved.
Lastly, the attack range applied to strong: bang, counterattack, counterattack, etc. has been changed, and the section where the maximum damage of the skill is applied has been greatly increased.

• The ‘Charging WP Slash, Successive Charging Slash I, II’ skills have been included in the basic effects and linkage actions of the Charging Slash skill.

• After using the Piercing Spear skill, the link to other skills has been improved smoothly.
  
• The part where the kick attack was automatically triggered when hitting the Charging Thrust skill has been changed so that it only activates when the F key is kept.
  
• The character’s direction change has been improved to be smoother than before when rotating the camera while using the Charging Thrust skill.
  
• War Cry I~III skills have been changed as follows.
  • The range of application of the skill has been changed from the front of the character to the surrounding circle.
    
  • After the skill, the speed of linking with some skills has been changed naturally.
    
  • The cooldown of the skill has been changed from 3 seconds to 60 seconds, and the effect of the skill has been changed as follows.

• The status abnormalities and defense judgment effects that are applied when the Prime: Shield Strike skill is successful have been changed as follows.

• The movement distance of the Jump Slash skill has been increased, and it has been changed so that it is possible to learn the Jump Slash skill even after learning the Prime: Spinning Slash I~IV skill.
  • However, the damage and defense judgment of the Jump Slash skill is applied the same as the Spinning Slash skill effect.
• The effect of reducing the number of hits during PvP of Prime: Ground Smash IV skill has been removed.
• The attack range of the Prime:  Ground Smash I~IV skill has been changed to be wider than before.
• The attack range of the energy hit of the Prime: Ground Slash skill has been changed to be wider than before.

MP and Infinite Potion Changes

• You can make a spirit water full of blessings by adding one of the two crafting materials for the remaining Ornet’s spirit water to the spirit water filled with blessings.

UI Changes

• A search function has been added to the music album.
