Missing Link between Balenos Forest & Hiedel Pass

According to the foundry map balenos forest and hiedel pass are not linked however in game they quite clearly are. The foundry map requires you to connect forest of plunder to the pass, though this is possible it is not the ONLY connection of hiedel pass.
