Help with Customization Data

This is the sorceress customization I want, but I don’t know Korean, nor do I trust Google translate lol.

Do any of you happen to know Korean? It seems like these authors share via. email, along with another requirement. Would really appreciate it if you could figure this out for me 🙂 I plan on using sorc as my main and this is the perfect appearance for me~

Seems all you have to do is leave your email address. Some people have also mentioned that they left a “like” or “recommendation” but I don’t think it’s necessary.
